Senior Project Manager
Lead our most ambitious projects from planning permission through to client handover. You will be the single point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and the internal team — managing budgets, timelines, and quality control across complex luxury residential builds. Requires 10+ years of experience in high-end residential construction.
Lead Architect
Drive the creative vision of LineaForte. You will design iconic, sustainable properties across the Costa del Sol — from initial concept drawings to permit-ready technical documentation. A strong portfolio of luxury residential projects is essential, and experience with passive-house design principles is a significant advantage.
Structural Site Engineer
Ensure the structural integrity and build quality of our projects on-site. Working directly with architects and subcontractors, you will solve complex engineering challenges, manage material specifications, and provide sign-off at each construction phase. Relevant Spanish accreditation required.
Interior Design Consultant
Develop and present interior schemes for LineaForte's new-build and renovation clients. You will work closely with architects and project managers to ensure that the interior vision is cohesive with the building's structure and that specifications are achievable within scope. A portfolio of high-end Mediterranean residential interiors is required.
Smart Home Technology Specialist
Design, install, and commission integrated smart home systems — including lighting automation, security, AV, climate control, and networking. You will collaborate with our architectural team at the design stage and hand over completed systems to clients with full documentation and training. Experience with KNX, Control4, or equivalent platforms is required.
Business Development Manager
Build and maintain relationships with property developers, architects, and real estate professionals across the Costa del Sol and international markets. You will represent LineaForte at industry events, manage the business development pipeline, and work closely with the leadership team to develop our service offering in new sectors and geographies.
