Javier Castillo
Founder & Lead Architect
A graduate of the Polytechnic University of Madrid with 22 years of experience across Spain and Portugal, Javier founded LineaForte in 2009 with a conviction that luxury construction on the Costa del Sol deserved a firm that understood both architecture and craftsmanship equally. He personally oversees the design brief on all flagship projects.
Elena Moreno
Head of Project Management
Elena brings 15 years of large-scale project delivery to LineaForte, having previously managed complex civil infrastructure programmes across Andalusia. Her methodical approach and transparent communication have made her the trusted single point of contact for LineaForte's most demanding international clients.
David Serrano
Chief Structural Engineer
David holds a doctorate in structural engineering from the University of Málaga and has personally signed off on over 180 completed projects across the Mediterranean coast. He leads all technical assessments, geotechnical surveys, and structural sign-off — bringing rigour and confidence to every build.
